Letrozole and Metformin.. helpful hints?

I'm starting both in hopes to increase ovulation and I'm nervous! After reading people's experiences with side effects I'm hoping some of you may have helpful hints? Like are the GI problems so bad I'll crap myself in public?😂🙈 Been TTC for 3 years and hoping this is going to help, wish me luck!!

First cycle on letrozole...I just had cramps and feeling tired. Sending Baby dust ✨✨✨

I recommend the ER metformin, extended release, and increase dosage slowly, the side effects can go from nonexistent to tsunami level tidal wave in a short time, it built up in my body. I just recently increased my dosage for both diabetic and fertility purposes and I think it's great, after 10 years of digestive issues I have much less problems than before. Fiber is your friend!

They were painful, but I never got close to crapping myself! However I only took metformin! I didn’t mind the side effects bc I felt better overall!

I take the full dose of both before I go to bed. With the Metformin I sleep through the side effects this way. I had a terrible time when I was taking it in the morning and at lunch, but I am on a very high dose now and doing great. I get headaches from the Letrozole but it’s manageable.
