Hello everyone! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about a year. About 5 months ago I started tracking my ovulation and taking my BT. When we are in that special window of time I tell him because he has asked to be very involved, however, this has resulted in performance anxiety for him. Then he shuts down emotionally because he has so much shame. Has anyone else had this happen?
