OB Pulled Placenta Out

My labor was a bit hectic. 41 weeks PD at 430am I started contracting. Pushed her out in one big push at 602am (without the epidural I desperately wanted). I remember feeling really cold and shaking really bad. My husband cut the cord and then the OB that was on call pulled the placenta out, stitched me up, and got out of there. They didn't even have me push. With my son, I delivered the placenta.The nurses were due for shift change too and ended up switching out. Apparently I had post partum hemmoraging. Then pressed on my right uterus where I carried baby girl to get 'clots' out. Well here I am 2.5 weeks later and I stop bleeding. Next day I have bright red blood again. I'm starting to get pain when I pee as well. A few days after birth I had a huge clot come out. I FELT it come out. It was around 3 inches long by 1.5 wide. I got a picture too. The on call OB said not to worry unless I start filling a pad every hour. Does this seem right to anyone?
