Should I worry about this???

according to my missed period im 9w pregnant but ultrasound says 6week pregnant.. so do I need to concern about it?.. I mean does this mean that my baby growth is slow or something like that???

🤷🏼‍♀️ there could be a couple different reasons...babies grow at different rates, ultrasound measurements aren’t necessarily the most accurate all the time, or you could have ovulated later than you thought. If your dr isn’t concerned then I wouldn’t stress about it too much (easier said than done, I know!) good luck!
