Could this be an early sign??

So yesterday my hands were extremely swollen, to point I had to fight to get my rings off and I could barely make a fist. My feet started to swell up as well. Now my palms are itchy and burning and I’m just over all itchy. I don’t have a rash or anything or an allergic reaction to anything. I did miss my birth control pills a few times. Yes I know irresponsible, but I’m stable financially and mentally so if I am pregnant I’ll be happy.
