Formula Question

My baby is 2 weeks old. the doctor just switched his formula to Similac Sensitive yesterday due to gas. He was on Similac Pro Advanced prior. Once we got home from the appointment... I immediately started him on this Sensitive Formula. Since starting this formula he's been worse... He's usually up by 7:30-8:00 & eats. we did that this morning and he usually lays in his swing after. I couldn't even get him in it. I immediately knew he was having gas pains.. So we bounced it out for a good 20 min. He ended up passing out on me, I tried to lay him down and 30 min later or so he was up screaming. (He's never done this before). So I tried soothing him...comforting him and nothing worked. I couldn't even hold him. I literally just feed him and gave him some gas drops and he finally passed out after hours of me trying to comfort him.

I noticed that this formula the Similac Sensitive. It's like super frothy (like bubbly) way more than the Pro Advanced. Has anyone experinced this. Im just at a loss here. I don't want to keep changing his formula... I feel like his stomach is messed up to the new brand. & I don't want to go back to the old one..and keep switching bc i feel like that would make it worse.
