Whats going on?

For the past week I've been experiencing slight cramps in my lower abdomen like I'm expecting af but it's not time yet, a couple mornings I had nausea when I woke up, I had severe diarrhea for a couple days and now craving clam chowder, I can't get enough of it Lol. I've been having heartburn too and a crazy amount of cm. I forgot to add that when me and my SO have sex, it hurts...its hard to explain but it hurts in my uterus if that makes any sense. Its only been like that for the past week but its so painful I dont even want to have sex with him anymore for awhile.Any ideas what's going on?? Af is expected around the 10th
