So I am hoping I can get advice on a situation or I got going on

So i got my Nexplanon on September 6 and the doctor did a pregnancy test and it turned out negative. I had sex with my husband about two weeks or so. I ended up using Plan B l that same day.

After telling my doctor this since the test was negative she want ahead and gave me the Nexplanon. That day was also when my period should have happened but it’s been 5 days now and nothing. I know Nexplanon can cause it to stop but I don’t think it can do that in 24 hrs so I am freaking out!!
