Is there a stronger pill then the combined

I’ve been on it for a week and I bet your thinking girl chill its a week but honestly I’m drained from bleeding I just want it to stop I’ve lost all motivation

I had nexplanon fitted about 6 weeks ago and it was amazing until it came to my period I came back off a 2 weeks hol and was bleeding the whole time I got the combined pill and honestly in the day it’s pretty good I get old blood etc but nothing major but lying around at night or even having sex and it comes like a waterfall I don’t know what to do with it I really can’t be arsed to be dealing with the constant feeling of bleeding and using pantie liners etc

I just need advice if anyone’s had the same experience and what I should go
