I’m a ftm and I’m not sure when or how I should start freezing my breast milk. Please help ❤️

Make sure you label and get milk bags, it doesn’t matter what kind bc flange can be used as a funnel. Best advise I ever got was lay flat to freeze and don’t freeze more than 3-4 oz at a time just in case baby doesn’t eat a lot.

I’m working on learning this too. I know you don’t pump until baby arrives. Then whatever you do pump should be frozen within the day you pump otherwise it’s only good for a couple days in the fridge.
