Unilateral pain goes away after ovulation

Aside from severe dysmenorrhea, there’s also stabbing pelvic pain(always rh side) the entire follicular phase but magically goes away after ovulation...The day that I stop taking Advil is the day after ovu it’s clockwork. What could it be, anyone?
