Please help! Bad Nausea at 10 dpo

I have had light cramping since 5 dpo. And now nausea after eating and started feeling this way about 2 days ago. I’m at 10 dpo. Has anyone else experienced this that has actually found out they were pregnant? I am so so nauseous I’ve considered going to the doctor. I just couldn’t keep my dinner down tonight and although I haven’t tested today, yesterday when I realized these could be symptoms, I tested and it was negative.

ALSO: I’ve been very bloated the past probably 2 days.
