Late Period, Nexplanon

So i’m scheduled to get my implant put in tomorrow afternoon and my period is currently late (tomorrow will be two days). It has been late the last three months so i’m not super concerned My bf and I have used the pull out method (I know it’s not always effective and that’s why i’m getting the implant) but we didn’t have sex this month until after I ovulated and I know for a fact he pulled out in time. Will they still let me get the implant put in tomorrow?
