So for a couple of weeks I have had on/off period symptoms like cramps, etc. But no bleeding or even spotting. This doesn't worry me because I'm on the Kyleena IUD and have been for three months, and after three to six months nearly 50% of women on it will stop getting their periods. But today I have been having pretty severe cramps and just now I got very watery discharge with a brownish tint. I looked it up and basically I'm either 1) ovulating or 2) pregnant but I was under the assumption that neither of those things are meant to occur on the IUD. Has anybody experienced this before? What are your ideas? Should I take a pregnancy test?

I got a pregnancy test from the store and it came back negative. Also just got some blood. Chalking it up to weird things with my cycle because of the IUD
