Anxiety

Hi everyone! So I am pregnant for the first time, I’ll be 6 weeks Friday and I haven’t gone to the doctor yet because I dont have a pcp to send a referral to the ob ive talked to. I believed for years that I was infertile because I never conceived over the 5 years my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex. I’m very concerned that there will be no heart beat at my first appointment. No praticular reason other than I am a recovering addict about to be one year sober in November, and I’ve been having not too sharp but pretty uncomfortable cramping and my only other symptom really is sore breasts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 💕
