How many ounces are in an APP glass?
So when you log your water intake it says glasses... How many ounces does it mean when it says glasses? Does anyone know? Is one Glass 8 ounces? Or more? Or less? Just curious cause I'm drinking like crazy and I can't seem to get the full 10 glasses it wants me to drink. I get like 7 in and I'm literally living in the bathroom with a glass of water in hand. Hahahahaha!
