These cramps are like the worst cramps I’ve ever had in my entire life, I took a ibuprofen and they still haven’t stopped hurting. And I feel like the only thing that has worked is an electric blanket. I’m on Kyleena birth control, do the cramps get better or do they just keep happening? I remember getting one cramp so intense I had to stop what I was doing and just breathe through it. Any suggestions on what I should do? Should I keep going or should I change birth controls? Any comments/questions welcome. And no I am not pregnant, I am just starting to get my period.
