Suggestions

I have had sex recently as in maybe two weeks ago. After that my cycle came on two days after that and i thought nothing of it. My cycle started August 31st but now as of today i am still bleeding. My cycle has been on for two weeks now and idk whether to call it a cycle or not anymore 😩😩😩. It’s concerning now because it’s been heavy to medium then it seemed like it was cutting off and it got back heavy. I have had some blood clots in it as well but what could it be? I have been off the pill for 6 months now and i only seem to get cycles after i have sex. My last cycle was May 19 btw.
