Natural forms of birth control?

Needing some help ladies, really wanting to wait like at least 5 years before my next one (about to have second one any day) but not wanting to take the pill or anything that could throw off my hormones and not wanting an implant......are condoms pretty much my only option?
(And please don’t be like my mother and say I just shouldn’t have sex😬😳)🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I mean natural family planning is what me and my husband did and condoms. NFP isn't 100% full proof but I didn't want to take BC or put any of that crap in my body.(No offense to those that do. I personally didn't) But we wanted to wait a year and when the year was up we just started enjoying each other(Plus I was told I may have a late allergy. Don't think I believe it). No more tracking ovulation, cervical mucus, your cycle, or body temperature....or wearing condoms. It's cumbersome, but best option besides BC

Iv heard of body temp trackers one brand is daisy..and one of my friends used one (don’t know the brand) that she just took her temp in morn and it was all Bluetooth or WiFi to its base I believe and tracked for her so no writing it down wen your half asleep then it wud give them a red yellow or green light to let them know if they cud do anythin also then you cud change it to when Yu wanted to conceive and then the lights wud mean the opposite to let Yu know wen Yu were fertile

Copper iud or you could try tracking your temp there are thermometers that can sync to your phone it will tell you when you can and cannot have sex they are about $100-200 But you still can get pregnant obviously

Your best bet would be non hormonal birth control. I believe they have pill options and maybe a non hormonal IUD. Other than that.. theres not really anything besides condoms.

There are some hormone free birth controls.. I know thats not natural but at least they're hormone free.
