TMI/NonGraphic: Am I the only one born without a clitoral hood?

I have read the the hood may be very short or long but I haven't seen anything about an absent one! 
I definitely don't have one since there's no tenting of any kind over my clitoris. It may also explain why I'm extremely sensitive when receiving oral.
