What's going on

So I had a positive opk the 10th and 2 negatives the 11th and 12th but today I noticed my breast are tender and I'm having a lot of creamy white discharge.. Does this mean I could be ovulating? Ive never used opk before so I'm not sure how this all works.. If its not ovulation what could it be?
