HELP PLEASE Starting over AFTER MC

Ok y’all I lost our sweet babygirl last month at 16wks and we’re trying again. I forgot how all of this works since we got pregnant our 3rd month of trying before lol how close to being positive is this? **I know it’s negative** so no need to tell me lol but am im a few days away or am I a week or 2 away? My period last week was 4 days instead of 7 and light with no pain instead of heavy and painful so wondering if ovulation will be different as well.
