Hi,

So I currently have nexplanon (arm insert) and I am going to be switching birth control soon. Nexplanon caused me to gain 20lbs out of NO WHERE, and I am very active and eat healthy and it still won’t come off! I have crazy mood swings, and depression also after having it for a year and a half.

Does anyone have any suggestions about birth control that doesn’t cause weight gain, acne, or crazy emotions?

-also, I had no change in diet for the past year, it’s like the weight came out of no where.
