Pregnant after MC before period?

So my LMP was 07/18. BFP 08/15. Started spotting 08/15 and bled lightly 08/21 and 08/22. Spotting until 08/24. My HCG levels have been below 5 since 08/22. Was told on 08/23 that I have already miscarried. I had unprotected sex 08/24, 08/25, 08/26, 08/29, 08/30, 09/03, 09/09. I have been very tired and emotional for about 3 days. My boobs have been EXTREMELY sore and swollen since yesterday. I had a BFN this morning. How likely is it that I am now pregnant again and it’s just too soon to show a positive?
