I don’t know if I could be pregnant

Okay so I’m 7 days late on my period. I got my last period on August 12. Well this month I haven’t gotten it. I was suppose to get it Friday September 7th. I took 2 HPT and they both came out negative. I have period symptoms though but no period. Could I still be pregnant?
