Does anyone else have insane thirst at 13 weeks?

This has been a pregnancy symptom for as I really don't get thirsty outside of pregnancy just wondering if I should check my BS. 🤔 anyone else having a significant increase of thirst?

Me its mostly when I wake up from my nap. My mouth is completely dry.

Bring it up to your doctor. Could be a sign of being diabetic, which is a common pregnancy occurrence but needs to be monitored if that's the case. 
Could just be your thirsty though too 😊
