What do I feed him!?!

Question

Looking for suggestions.... My son is 9 months and is more interested in feeding himself than purees. He does great feeding himself loves eggs, potatoes, puffs, muffins.... He is just really into self feeding rather than us doing it.... What are some good "meals" I can prepare on the weekend for him throughout the week? I already make him muffins and pancakes.

Look up baby led weening. 
We do chicken chunks, rotini noodles, homemade meat balls cut up after being cooked, slightly under ripe diagonally cut bananas, slightly cooked apples, shredded salmon, cooked carrots, cooked broccoli.
Baby can have what you have but not too much seasoning.

Basically whatever is on your plate but smaller and soft! We do a lot of stewed meats and soups, cheese, soft fruits and steamed or roasted veggies, baked sweet potato fries, etc. No raw fish or honey. Our doc said we can give her all the spices to develop her pallette and since we eat spicy foods, start introducing chiles slowly. At a year we want her eating what we're eating!
Example: steamed broccoli, strawberry chunks and shredded chicken was dinner the other night. Meatballs with pasta sauce are great when we're at restaurants. Sweet potato fries keep for a couple days and they're baked with curry powder or pumpkin spice mix.
