Birth control protection

I’m on the pill it’s the combination one so it has estrogen and progesterone the type I’m on I was told that you don’t have to take it at the exact same time every day so I usually take it at 5:30 but there were two or three days where I took it 2 hours late. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and I bled after sex and then next few days I was spotting. I also had cramps the following days. I know pregnancy doesn’t happen that quick so I think it may have to do with the fact that we hadn’t had sex in like 3 weeks. But I’m still nervous. Could I be pregnant?
