My anxiety is getting the best of me. Help.

I’m panicking.
I wiped and saw tanish discharge.
I stared and stared trying to figure out if it had a pink twinge to it or not. Still not sure.
Then I decided to check my cervix (stupid idea, I know I shouldn’t) and it’s low, firm, and a bit open.
Now I’m panicking that I’m going to miscarry because I’ve read that the cervix should be high soft and closed and that pink discharge can be an early sign of miscarriage.
