HELP...PLEASE

Ok so I have these red but bite looking things on either side of my lady area. They are red, painful, have a BLACK dot in the center and are hard under the surface. I have tried to pop them but they result in a burning type feeling and I need help. Please tell me what they are and or how to fix this...
