Hi this never happen for me before

Hi am 27 years old and i have 3 kids my last kid is 1 year and 8 months old i am still breastfeeding but this month i supposed to get my period on the 5 th and i havent have it and i took 3 pregnancy test and all of them came back negative is something wrong with my body?
