Is this the start to my rainbow baby??

I took the first pic before the 5 min mark (there is the faintest of faint lines) and the second pic was an hour later. I'm already 14dpo but praying it sticks!!! And it's my birthday today!!! Does this look positive? Is it a bit late to be picking up such a faint line only now? I'm so excited and nervous!!!

Must have been a chemical, if I go by the last three months I should have started on Monday. Had a dream last night I'd take a HPT this morning and it would be a bfn, took the HPT and guess what, bfn. Started my period 10mins later. Should have paid attention to my dream and saved a test. Life is cruel. 😪
