I have major sleep problems. I can only sleep for 1-2 hours straight without waking up. And I get between 4 to 5 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. If I’m lucky I’ll get a spaced out 6 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period.

Ok so I’m a 13 yr old with insomnia and I get like 2-3 hours of sleep per night or sometimes I don’t sleep
