I just got my positive ovulation and I had to call the doctor office tomorrow to schedule

but they said to call one day before to schedule

next day. When I checked at 4 pm didn’t get smile face so that’s why I didn’t call ( they told me to call before 4 ) . My question is will be ok if they schedule for Saturday morning or it will be late ??? Does anyone had same problem??( I live in USA,is 9pm )
