Does anyone 18+ have any idea what this is?

It’s never been this bad before normally it’s just a little swollen but goes away after a day. I don’t even know who I would talk to about this or how to describe it to a doctor. If you have any ideas they’d be greatly appreciated. They started bleeding this morning. The other one is on the other side in the same place. I suspected it might be swollen lymph nodes and a hernia wouldn’t happen on my panty line. I’m really at a loss as to what this is.

Maybe since you shave your panties are rubbing and it’s a bad infected hair ? Deff just maybe go to a walk in clinic and have it looked at

Looks like maybe a little cyst. If it often gets swollen/sore it seems likely. Looks like maybe the skin has broken over it and the sac is protruding. I would see your doctor or a dermatologist and they would probably get rid of it for good!

It looks like a boil to be honest. Use a warm compress. It sometimes pops on its own or sometimes goes away. You can see a doctor for antibiotics but every time I’ve had one they go away on their own.
