Parrots are a tricky topic, it’s extremely hard to find them good homes. Most people want them because they talk or they’re just wanting a color and cool exotic animal. But that’s extremely wrong. These birds are hard work!! They bite. They will hurt you sometimes. They are messy. They are loud. They do not need to be bred!! There’s thousands of these birds in rescues because idiots keep breeding them! They need to be in the wild. Flying. So if you ever decide to get one. Please adopt. I have one rescue. Plan to get maybe one or two more in the future. A lot of parrots end up dying because people buy them and them find out how hard they are and set them in the wild to die! My heart is broke over bad parrot owners or breeders. Anyway wanted to share my thoughts.
