HELP!Reglan & preemies

I began reglan 9 [10 days ago I stopped taking it yesterday] due to low supply.

🐳 Back ground: low production due to 34 week preemie with poor latch, no lip or tongue ties hes been checked.

⛈☔ Begining I was pumping 4-6oz combined a session then we come home nothing else changes except practicing his latch out of no where like BAM production dropped to maybe 1oz combined. Visit OB & was given reglan.

🤨🤨 Current: baby boy began REFUSING my milk, gagging, turning red, crying. Would not attempt to nurse or even touch breast milk. I offered formula INSTANT change. [NOTHING in my diet changed] call OB & heres dhe issue

😭😥He advised me to stop reglan & get this DUMP ALL MILK I have saved from taking reglan. Yall it's a little over 50oz! & not only that but CONTINUE to pump & dump for 6-7 days to "clear my system" tall I'm loosing it.😭😥

I've worked so so so hard. Gimme all the advice, good, bad, crazy, let me hear it.
