Weight/Fat loss

So when college started in 2016, i constantly ate out. Junk food and overportioning and little to no exercise. My boyfriend was gaining weight with me and because we were so in love hahah we didn’t mind eachother gaining weight. But one day we decided to workout regularly, eat healthy and overall improve our health and our diet.

The last four months my boyfriend has lost 23 lbs while I have lost 10 lbs. They say that men lose weight faster or easier than woman, but that’s not much of an excuse for me. However, i did lose a lot of fat and I just wanted to show you guys my progress. I plan on getting more fit and losing more fat.
