Spotting !

So I need some help/advice/anything !

I have spotted two/three times since I’ve got off of my period which was on the 28th of last month. I am also sexually active if that has anything to do with it. I don’t think I’m pregnant because I haven’t got any symptoms what so ever but can it be something else?! Help please, I’m very nervous !!
