I work 12-14 hour days on my feet. Afterwards my toes and ankles swell a bit.

I do have a near-constant soreness in my heels, though.

Typically Fridays I teach from 7:30-3:30 and then waitress 4:30-10:30...on those days I swell a bit, but nothing terrible. I get more foot pain for sure though. 😞
