So I have been a sahm for almost 2 years and had anxiety before but not as bad as I have it now. I take klonopin for my anxiety but feel like it isn’t enough I don’t want to be put on anti depressant I hate them and I’m not depressed just overwhelmed with bills and life in general just need something to calm me the f$&@ down. Does anyone take something for anxiety that helps them I know y’all aren’t doctors I plan on goin to the doctor was just wondering what everyone else does for anxiety. Thanks everyone!!
