How do you feel about dreadlocks?

I had straight hair, and I just got some starter dreads in my hair, now I just gotta relax and enjoy the journey to maturity!

To me it depends on how they look an an individual. My BFF has dreads and they look great on her, my brother has them & I can’t stand how they look on him 🤷🏼‍♀️

I dreadlocked freeform 5 years ago. I love my locks so much, I will never ever cut them. You are right that it is a journey, one well worth it!

I personally think they look good on black people because of their hair pattern. Usually on black people, all of the hair strands are really really coily and they can naturally form into dreads after only a little while because the hair wraps around itself. I wouldn’t say they look bad on other races but it looks much neater on Afro-textured hair.

Depends. Is it on a white person? Then hell no. Is it on a black person? Ehh I still dont like it but I understand that its a part of their culture and I'm not gonna judge them for it.
