Well 3 miscarriages later, I was finally given some additional testing by my OB. I had all the blood clotting testing and ultrasounds of my uterus and tubes, everything is normal. So far I am amble to get pregnant but not make it past the 8 weeks. The last time (August) was the closest I’ve been to 8 weeks and that pregnancy had the highest hsg levels- over 3,000 (previously I had only reached the 250 level before it dropped). The Dr. believes that I’m just unable to hold on to the pregnancy and for some reason my hormone levels just drop she also thinks it may just be bad luck. I have been taking progesterone. Now my next step is to wait a month and go for a consultation at Shady Grove, then wait another month for the SG testing. I’m 36 and my husband is 41 and he has a child from a precious relationship. I just don’t know what to do, I don’t want to wait for Possible bad news from SG or a diagnosis of a case of unexplained losses- because I just feel like I’m wasting and losing time. I want to keep trying but I don’t wait to go through another miscarriage. Does anyone have any similar situations or advice? I’m feeling totally broken and lost. Thank you.
