My 8 month old son will not sleep through the night. Bedtime is usually 8:30-9pm and then he will usually wake up 3-4 times in the middle of the night. We've tried so many different things. For a while only my husband would go in there and rock him back to sleep but he just expressed last night that he needs me to do that until he graduates school. Of course thats no problem but he should be sleeping through the the night already. He is EFB and we've added oatmeal and those little food pouches to his diet. I have been giving him oatmeal before he goes to bed so his tummy would be full a lot longer. That doesn't help. He will literally stand up in his crib and scream still I get him. I've tried letting him cry for a bit to see if he's sooth himself and that only works 20% of the time. I'm so tired lady's. If you have any advice I'm here to listen. Thank you!
