What's going on? Uti maybe?

I am 7dpo today and I have been having some weird things going on with my body since yesterday and has escalated since then. Yesterday was just a little nausea and back pain. Today is nausea, back pain, bloated and full feeling, left side pain, pressure on my bladder, frequent urge to urinate, strong smelling urine and an on again off again itchy feeling around the opening of my vagina. I am thinking it might be a uti but I am not sure. I am so uncomfortable and feel so miserable that I will be going to the urgent care if it doesn't subside. What do you guys think?
