Unexplained infertility treatment options

I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility at shady grove and my options are first to try medication like clomid/Femara with timed intercourse and injections etc...next would be IUI and then IVF. I am not sure if I should jump right to IVF because it has a better success rate or just try the meds. I am almost 36 and feel rushed to try something but don’t want to waste a lot of money on something that won’t help much. Anyone in this situation and what did you try first?
