After ovulation progesterone rises and that causes milky white discharge.
There’s no way to determine if it’s pregnancy or pms related

If the discharge is very different for you and you don’t normally have any, it might be. Increased discharge does usually happen in early pregnancy and continues throughout. Everybody experiences different things, so what may be a sign for you, may not be a sign for someone else. I would take a test if you think you might be pregnant. Good luck.

Eh not really. The most telling symptoms are usually sore boobs (very painful) morning sickness and the obvious, missed period.
