3 hour Glucose test ?

I was told no water after taking my drink but my doctor had told me it was ok to have a few sips before hand am I going to fail my test now because of the water I drank earlier ?
Edit so I passed my 3hour they said I’m border line with gestational diabetes so I have to take the test again at 35 weeks 😩😩😩

No you can drink water before hand just once you have ur glucose drink you cannot have any. It totally sucks bc I thought it was the other way around so I didn’t have any water all night and morning and then I go with my water and was told sry I was like omg have fun trying to find my veins lol 😆

I had mine this morning 
I couldn’t eat from 7pm last night until after the test today x
