AF and spotting
When AF visits I usually have 3 or 4 days of a heavy to light flow followed by 1 day (sometimes 2 days) of spotting. What I want to know is if the spotting should be included when determining period length.
For instance, today is CD4 and I have a very light flow so tomorrow I'll just have some spotting. Would my period length this cycle be 4 or 5 days long?
