Can your boobs get sore a week after you concieve? I was ovulating that night and now I'm 4 days late !!

My boobs started feeling sore just a few days after ovulation. This was not normal for me because I normally only get sore boobs the day before my period starts. Even though I knew it was strange I didn’t really think much about it and 2 weeks later, after my period was a few days late, I took a test and was pregnant! I am now 6 weeks along. It was the first and still the only pregnancy symptom I have
